There is a farmer's market on 97th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues every Friday. If you have ever tasted farm-fresh ingredients you will know how incredibly flavorful a simple dish of beets and kale can be. When I posted this photo on Facebook someone noted the high ANDI score, in any case it was nourishing.
